SSND-The Rod 14-16 is an extra-long, stepped-diameter silicone sound designed for deep anatomical reach and substantial internal expansion. Featuring an overall insertable length of 19", this ultra-smooth model builds upon our classic "The Rod" series by offering a dual-stage sizing progression. The forward section maintains a uniform 14mm (42 Fr) shaft across the first 13" of length, allowing the smooth rounded tip to guide smoothly into the channel. Following the initial run, the body steps up smoothly to a 16mm (48 Fr) diameter over the remaining 6" toward the base flange. This dual-diameter structure creates a progressive stretch, making it more manageable during deep insertion. Available in solid-core or open-core configurations, the hollow option allows for natural fluid passage during use.
