SSND-THREADED8 is a flexible silicone urethral sound designed for a dynamic sounding experience. Classified in the Beginner sizing tier, this profile opens with a smooth, soft rounded lead-in tip that transitions effortlessly into a 4.5-inch threaded dynamic stretch zone. The primary 8mm (24 Fr) spiral ridges deliver targeted tactile feedback along the canal before stepping up to a smooth 9mm (27 Fr) 3.5-inch parallel base shaft. Positioning an anatomical 6mm retention valley directly in front of the broad safety flange allows the internal sphincter muscle to safely anchor the piece in place for secure extended placement. It can be ordered as a solid silicone structure or with an optional hollow open-core channel to accommodate fluid passage and breathability.
